All proceeds from A Taste of Albany benefit Interfaith Partnership for the Homeless which has provided critical programs and services for homeless individuals and families in Albany for over 26 years. Programs include: emergency shelter in Albany and Amsterdam, drop-in center, housing program and summer youth activities. The agency also works to eliminate the causes of homelessness by teaching life skills and empowering individuals to become self-sufficient while reducing dependence upon public assistance
